Hemp is primarily grown for industrial purposes like paper, clothing, building materials, bio-fuel and food products.  Marijuana is primarily grown for recreational and medicinal purposes. Hemp derived CBD usually contains only trace amounts or less of THC, (tetrahydracannabinol)  less than 0.3%. Marijuana derived CBD usually contains high levels of THC between 15% and 40%.  The intoxicating compound of the cannabis plant is THC.

Will I feel like I am intoxicated if I take Hemp derived CBD?

No, you will not feel intoxicated or high if you take Hemp derived CBD since there is no or usually only a trace amount of THC or less.
